Train the person. Not only the player.

Behind every performance is a person

Pressure is emotional.
Preparation should be too.

Most athletes are not multimillionaire superstars, yet they face the same performance demands, identity challenges, mental strain, and difficult transitions. 10P ELA gives athletes, coaches, and families practical tools for focus, recovery, communication, resilience, and well-being.
